We need to establish what the size of your relocation load in order for us to provide you with the best possible quote. All quotes are done on the household goods provided on the inventory. Please complete the inventory attached or should you have a completed inventory you are welcome to forward that to us.

Please take note that in the event:
If you live in a security complex – what complex policy is regarding weight and height restrictions for trucks and if they allow trucks into the complex. Should your place of residence be a long walk from the gate (more than 50m) we would need to arrange for a shuttle service to get the furniture from the house/flat to the truck. This is not automatically added to your quotation.
Should you reside in a flat – please specify the floor which you live on and if there is a lift available.
That you are moving to a farm or smallholding that the road is accessible for a truck.
Please note and inform us if there are low hanging trees – low hanging trees make it difficult due to damages to our vehicles. Please ensure that trees are trimmed prior to our vehicles arrival.
These costs are not automatically included in the quote and the costs are for the client.
